What is Aikido?
Aikido is a Japanese martial art focusing on harmonising with others. Suitable for both men and women, Aikido is both mentally stimulating and physically challenging, yet safe and fun to learn.
About Mid Mountains Aikido
Mid Mountains Aikido is affiliated with Aikido Kenkyukai International and Aikido Kenkyukai NSW Inc, a non-profit organisation dedicated to increasing personal understanding and promoting awareness of Aikido practice and philosophy according to the teachings of Takeda Yoshinobu Shihan, 8th dan.
We are Martial Arts Industry Association Accredited.
Aikido Kids
Aikido Kids classes incorporate games and ideas from the Rock and Water program, a martial arts-based social skills program designed to improve self control, self confidence and communication skills.
Class fees
Kids: $7 per class. Adults: $10 per class. All students need to pay $40 annual insurance fee and complete a registration form prior to participating.
