A dream come true
Here at Aikido Kenkyukai Sydney City we have finally realised a long-held dream of creating our very own dedicated dojo space in the inner city area of Sydney! Our new dojo opened its doors on 15th June 2010 and features a sprung floor, over 160m2 of permanently laid tatami mats, lush green plants and loads of natural light. It is a beautiful, peaceful and inspiring space to study in, and we look forward to sharing it with you!

Location
You can now find us at 92-120 Cleveland Street, Chippendale, on the corner of Beaumont Street (between the University of Sydney and the University of Technology). Parking is available in nearby side streets and secure bicycle parking is available at the dojo. We are only a short walk away from Redfern (5 min) and Central (15 min) railway stations, plus major bus routes along City Road and Parramatta Road.

Class Times
We currently offer a range of morning and evening beginners and intermediate Aikido classes for adults and children. The studio is also available for hire for workshops or regular classes in other complimentary disciplines. Please join our mailing list for updates on what's on offer.
