This September marks 9 years since our very first Aikido class on Bondi Beach and the birth of our dojo. In celebration of this, we are very excited to announce the much-awaited return of Daiyu Takeda Sensei (5th dan, AKI Japan) to Australia!
Recognised the world over for the warmth, clarity and beauty of his Aikido, Daiyu Sensei’s gentle, powerful movements clearly embody the contemporary teachings of his master, interwoven with his own joyful, dynamic and creative style. Coupled with his incredibly open and generous heart, Daiyu Sensei is an inspiring ambassador of the AKI way, and of the Art of Peace itself.
